*Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving them (date they were delivered to you).
If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your purchase please reach out to us so that we can do our best to make things right.
We provide sizing charts to ensure a proper fit. This information can be found on each products page. If you have a question about sizing please feel free to contact us at mylanoah.co@gmail.com before making your purchase.
If you are unsure what size to choose we always suggest sizing up. Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if they do not fit properly. Sale and discounted items are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card to the email that is associated with your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Full-priced items can only be eligible for an exchange, return or store credit if they are:
-Free of stains, body odor, and hair
-Unworn and in unused condition
-With original tags attached
-Unwashed
-Returned within 14 days of delivery date
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please inspect and try on all items in your order upon arrival to ensure any issues are addressed within the 14-day return window.
